These Terms of Service govern your use of Affordrive, a pre-qualification platform that helps Canadian car buyers understand their financing eligibility and connects them with dealerships. By using Affordrive, you agree to these terms.

1. Pre-qualification, not a loan

Any approval amount, monthly payment, or rate shown by Affordrive is an estimate based on the information you provide. It is not a loan offer, a guarantee of financing, or a credit decision. Final approval, rate, and terms are determined by the lender during underwriting.

2. Accurate information

You agree to provide truthful and accurate information about your identity, income, employment, and credit. Submitting false or misleading information may result in your pre-qualification being voided.

3. No impact to credit score

Affordrive's pre-qualification uses self-reported information and does not perform a hard credit check. A hard inquiry may occur later if you choose to proceed with a lender or dealership.

4. Dealer and lender relationships

Affordrive connects you with participating dealerships and lenders. We do not sell vehicles, issue loans, or guarantee that a match will result in financing. Any transaction with a dealer or lender is governed by their own terms.

5. Limitation of liability

Affordrive is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any financing outcome.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Affordrive after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
